A teacher is an important person in everyone’s life.

That’s why it is said that:
“They guide us.
They support us.
They inspire us.
They teach us.
Teachers day is the day to thank them!

So,first we know about why we celebrate ‘Teacher’s day’ on ‘ 5th September’? Then I will tell you about my teacher .

Becoz,5th September is celebrated as Teacher’s Day as a mark of tribute to the contribution made by the teachers to the society. 5th September is the birth anniversary of a great teacher Dr Sarvepalli Radha Krishna, who was a staunch believer of education and was a well- known diplomat, scholar, the President of India above all, a teacher. When some of his students and friends approached him and requested him to allow them to celebrate his birthday. He said,” instead of celebrating my birthday separately, it would be my proud privilege, if 5th September is observed as ” Teacher’s day” From then onwards, the 5th September has been observed as Teacher’s day in India.

That’s why it is said that,
‘Great inventors and leaders are not born,
They are motivated and inspired,
To do great things,
By great teachers like you.

About my teacher

A teacher took place’s an important role in all students life. They bring good education and lays the foundation for good habits. For students, a teacher is the one who influences their character, habits, career, and education in life. I have a teacher in my life who was very important to me . I study in “Saket Girls Inter College “. My favourite teacher is Anita mam. She teaches us Hindi. She is a sweet person who is kind and loving to all students. She is not only jovial and kind but she is also strict whenever needed. She is well educated and knows a lot about Hindi. She also knows so many news and facts in the world so that she tells us all those current affairs to improve our general knowledge.

That’s why I say:-
You guided me when I was lost,
You supported me when I was weak,
You have enlightened me all through,
Today what I am is
Just because of you, my teacher.

She has taught us so many things in the classroom. I have learnt to be disciplined and punctual for the class. She used to give us so many projects, which helped us improve our subject knowledge. She uses easy and appropriate ways to teach us good things. She also gives us practical exercises and moral lessons during the classroom. She guides us through our difficult times and encourages when we are down. We enjoy attending her class. She also guides us during various school competitions and lets us know our real talents. I am really very grateful for having such a teacher in my life.

Some lines for my teachers;

” The way you teach
The knowledge you share
The care you take
The love you shower
Makes you
The world’s best teacher
